The No. 7 seeded Hayfield softball team kept its season going when it beat Mabel-Canton (15-8 overall) 9-2 in a Section 1A elimination game in Todd Park Thursday.
Nora Bamlet went five-for-five with five RBIs for Hayfield.
The Vikings (10-13 overall) will play Southland in an elimination game at Todd Park at 1 p.m. Friday.
