In Your Community: Unity Chapter, O.E.S. Supports Community Projects

: Unity Chapter No. 29 - Order of Eastern Star, recently presented checks for several Community Projects. The donations this year included: The Austin Area Pickleball Association; The Paramount Theatre Project; Music Boosters of Austin; The Hormel House Autistic Program; Discover Austin-Tuba Concert; and the Hormel Nature Center. Unity Chapter has several events during the year to provide funds for community projects. A spaghetti dinner, the Election Day Salad Luncheon, and Tip Night at Pizza Ranch are events the public can attend and support us. Emma Evans-Peck, a member of Unity Chapter and Board Member for Music Boosters accepted the check for their organization. Matching grants from Minnesota Masonic Charities (MMC) were included in the amounts each organization received. This is part of the Community Grant Program for MMC.
