— Zachary Robert Peach, 27, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation for felony second degree arson. He must follow several conditions and pay $19,213.80 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 18 months in prison.

— Sheila Marie White, 56, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm-alcohol concentration of .08 or more within two hours of driving. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,793.58 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 362 days in jail. She was given credit for two days served.

— Markell Deshawn Kinney, 22, Houston, Texas, was sentenced to two years supervised probation each for felony theft-take/use/transfer movable prop-no consent, felony damage to property first degree-value reduced over $1,000 and felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must follow conditions for each. Failure to do so could result in 12 months in prison for each charge.

— Trenton Lee Rockvam, 22, Dodge Center, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony stalking and five  years supervised probation for felony third degree assault-substantial bodily harm. He must follow several conditions and pay $2,017.43 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 18 months and 15 months respectively in prison.
