— Marris Lih Harris, 27, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor obstruct legal process-interfere with a peace officer. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 351 days in jail. She was given credit for 13 days served.

— Blake William Johnson, 30, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $200 for felony violate a no contact order within 10 years of the first two or more convictions. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 24 months in prison.

— James John Mentz, 36, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $200 for felony theft-indifferent to owner rights. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 17 months in prison. He was also sentenced to one year supervised probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 114 days in jail. He was given credit for 66 days served.

— Rayden Paul, 26, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $900 for felony threats of violence-reckless disregard of risk. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 307 days in jail. He was given credit for 57 days served.

— Steven Soe, 25, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $200 for felony reckless discharge of a firearm within a municipality. He must follow several conditions. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor carry a pistol without a permit-first offense. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.

— Nathaniel Christensen Taylor, 45, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation for felony fifth degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions.

— Luis Omar Bustillos, 50, Rochester, was sentenced to 180 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He was given credit for 147 days served.

— Mongi Gilo Obang, 23, Rochester, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fourth degree assault of a correctional employee, probation officer, prosecutor, judge-demonstrable harm. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,967.50 in restitution.

— Weston William Zuehl, 42, Albert Lea, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $200 for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 15 months in prison.
