Austin junior Triumph Ogbeide qualified for state in two events on the second day of the Section 1AA meet in Faribault Saturday.

Ogbeide took first in high jump with a height of 6-feet, three-inches to reach his first ever state meet and he finished fourth, but ran a state qualifying time of 15.22 seconds to advance in the 110-meter hurdles as well.

Joining Ogbeide at state, will be Laura Beckaert, who qualified for discus on the first day of the meet, and Myles Taylor, who qualified for triple jump on the first day.
