A large group of around 80 area residents gathered in Austin Saturday morning to take part in the April 5 Hands Off Rally.
The group gathered along 14th Avenue NE, across from Kwik Trip and were there for about an hour before splintering off to larger rallies in Rochester, Owatonna and St. Paul.
