On January 3, Brad Finstad swore that he would “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” He has turned his back on that oath and turned his back on the citizens of CD1. Since taking that oath, he was silent when there was an attempt to ban birthright citizenship (14th amendment); he is silent while congressionally authorized departments and agencies are defunded and eliminated (Article I); he is silent while the economy is ravaged by senseless tariffs (Article I); he is silent while people are deprived of liberty without due process (5th amendment); he is silent when the authority of the Supreme Court is ignored (Article III); and more.  If Brad Finstad doesn’t support and defend the Constitution, we know he will not support and defend the citizens of CD1.
