— Troy Lester Benner, 51, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor first degree value reduced over $1,000. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,740.47 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 360 days in jail. He was given credit for four days served.
— Roger Lee Grigsby, III, 41, Austin, was sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation and fined $200 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. He must follow conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
— Kenneth Allen Hofner, 56, Dexter, was sentenced to 65 months in prison for felony first degree DWI-operate a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours.
— David William Jondal, 69, Austin, sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $200 for felony fifth degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 12 months in prison.
— Rashawn Kendra King, 31, Minneapolis, was sentenced to 180 days in jail for gross misdemeanor violation of a domestic abuse no contact order. She was given credit for 146 days served.
