NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on June 6, 2025, via Zoom at 2:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at Mower County Justice Center, Austin, Minnesota, concerning the Petition filed by Petitioner herein, in which Petitioners seeks a judicial determination that Chol Okey Opiew is deceased. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the petition will be granted. Please see the Notice of Remote Hearing with Instructions.
This Order is to be published by petitioners in a legal newspaper in Mower County three times – once per week for three weeks, prior to the date of the hearing.
