Rollo “Mick” Hull, 89

Rollo “Mick” Hull, age 89, passed away on Feb. 28, 2025 at his home in Las Vegas, NV. Mick was born Jan 17, 1938 in Austin, MN to Kenneth and Frances (Hull) Whitecotton.      Mick attended and graduated from Austin High School and Vocational School in 1954. On June 27, 1958 he married Patricia “Pat” Irwin. They were married until Pats death in 2019. Mick was a auctioneer with Hull and Hull auction service and then went to work at Owatonna Tool Company for 30 years. Mick also was an advisor for the Austin Vocational School machinist program.

In his younger years he became a pilot and loved flying. After retirement Mick spent his summers fishing in Canada, working in his garden, and creating beautiful furniture in his home wood shop. His winters were spent in Las Vegas with his daughter and grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all that loved him. Survivors include his daughter Thea (Hull) Vittera, Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren Jessica (Chris) Barr, Pahrump, NV, Matthew (Emily) Vittera, Plymouth MN; great grandchildren Mason King, McKenna King, Marleigh King, Brewster Vittera, Shooter Vittera, and Rosalie Vittera; sisters Sharon Kosmecki and Kathleen Linden of Vancouver, WA.  Mick was  preceded in death by his parent, Pat his wife of 60 years, bother Robert Hull, and sister Marylin Taylor.

A private family interment at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin, Mn will be held at a later date.
