The Austin Pee Wee A’s punched their ticket to the Pee Wee A State Tournament in Moorhead on March 14-16. In districts they beat Monticello 10-2 on Feb. 28 and then on March 1 they beat Chaska/Chanhassen 3-2 in double overtime. They lost to Minnetonka 2-1 on March 2 and then came back to beat Edina 6-0 to obtain the second seed to go to the state tournament. The public is invited to a send-off at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at Riverside Arena.
