— Maxwell Donovan Anderson, 34, Dodge Center, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 15 months in prison.
— Pu Gaw bi, 33, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor interfering with an emergency call. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.
— Alvaro Gilberto Chillel-Morales, 35, Sioux City, Iowa, was sentenced to 54 months in prison for felony DWI-operate a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours.
— Ethan Daniel Crews Logan, 21, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony second degree burglary of a dwelling. He must follow several conditions.
— Artemio Cruz-Mendoza, 29, Rose Creek, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony domestic assault by strangulation. He must follow several conditions.
— Chad Quentin Erie, 51, Dexter, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle – any amount schedule I/II drugs/metabolite; not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 177 days in jail.
— Alec VanLee Harpestad, 28, Albert Lea, was sentenced to five years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 13 months in prison. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI-operate a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail. Sentences are to run concurrently.
— Matthew Michael Jenson, 40, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $200 for felony possess pornographic work; minor under 14. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 24 months in prison. He was also sentenced to five years supervised probation for a second felony possess pornographic work; minor under 14. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 36 months in prison.
— Jeffer Lorenzo, 24, Cleveland, Tennessee, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $1,000 for felony criminal vehicular operations-great bodily harm-under the influence of alcohol. He must follow several conditions and pay $5,417.96 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 18 months in prison.
— Jimmy Munoz, 28, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 360 days in jail. He was given credit for four days served.
