— Roberto Carlos Cano-Loredo, 42, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,081.32 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 133 days in jail. He was given credit for 47 days served.
— Todd Michael Deming, 49, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
— Mark Edward Hanson, 64, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation each for two felony counts of possessing pornographic work; minor under 14 as well as being fined $50. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 24 and 36 months in prison respectively.
— Katlyn Ann Ruble, 34, unknown, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle-any amount of a schedule I/II drugs/metabolite; not cannabis/hemp. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 133 days in jail. She was given credit for 47 days served.
— Jonathan Steven Zaniewski, 21, Racine, was sentenced to five years supervised probation for felony third degree drugs-possess 10 grams or more a narcotic drug other than heroin or fentanyl. He must follow several conditions.
— Thomas Alan Krabbenhoft, 56, Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge, Minneapolis, was sentenced five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony third degree possess 10 grams or more a narcotic drug other than heroin or fentanyl. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 17 months in prison.
— Ashley Marie White, 36, Austin, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
