— Jacob Michael Turvey, 45, Austin, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow conditions and fined $300. Failure to do so could result in 170 days in jail. He was given credit for 10 days served.
— Troy Allen Ingalls, 51, St. Cloud, was sentenced to 17 months in prison for felony fifth degree drugs possession.
— Walter Leighton Adams, 30, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony violation of a no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 24 months in prison.
— Jadon Dale Bentzin, 22, St. Cloud, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for felony third degree burglary.
— Michael Jody Buhl, 32, Waseca, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $200 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault-subsequent violation. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor violation of a domestic abuse no contact order. He must follow several conditions Failure to to do so would result in 364 days in jail. Sentences are to run concurrently.
— Jenup Stepen Chop, 20, Austin, was sentenced to 297 months in prison for felony second degree murder drive-by shooting; 210 months for felony first degree attempted murder drive-by shooting and fined $100; 153 months in prison for felony first degree attempted murder drive by shooting. The first two sentences are to run concurrently to each other and the third sentence will run consecutive to those two.
— Samuel Isaiah Garza, 35, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $500 for felony DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 54 months in prison.
— Shavon Leeann Hodges, 36, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle-any amount of a schedule I/II drugs/metabolite; not cannabis/hemp. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
— Ricksam Kette, 22, Austin, was sentenced to two years unsupervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor obstruct the legal process-interfere with a peace officer. He must follow conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.
— Alex Jacob Kvammen, 25, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor theft-legal interest-permanent deprive another. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 363 days in jail. He was given credit for one day served.
— Jonathan Steven Zaniewski, 21, Racine, was sentenced to five months supervised probation for felony third degree drug possession-possess 10 grams or more a narcotic drug other than heroin or fentanyl. He must follow several conditions.
— Mary Katherine O’loughlin, 34, Waterloo, Iowa, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. She must follow several convictions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.
— Cruz Ledroux Perez Solis, 23, Wells, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony possess pornographic work involving a minor under 14. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 24 months in prison. He was given credit for 31 days served. He was also sentenced for a second felony count of felony possess pornographic work involving a minor under the age of 14. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 36 months in prison.
— Ina Catoe Wells, 53, Webster, Minnesota, was sentenced to one year supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs possession. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 12 months and one day in prison.
