Millions of children and adults with disabilities rely on Medicaid for health care coverage and the support they need to live, work, and thrive in their communities.

Medicaid provides essential services such as home- and community-based supports, personal care assistance, and specialized health care that individuals with disabilities depend on every day.

Right now, Congress is making crucial decisions about our nation’s priorities and how to allocate funding. Some policymakers believe there is money to spare in the Medicaid program, but we know that’s simply not true.

Cuts to Medicaid would put critical services at risk, threatening the independence and well-being of people with disabilities. Instead of reductions, Medicaid must be strengthened and protected.

We need your voice! Contact your members of Congress today and urge them to support Medicaid. Tell them that Medicaid is not just a budget item—it is a lifeline for people with disabilities and their families. Your advocacy can make a difference!
