Dahl sets record, Packers take eighth in Big Nine meet

Austin junior Brent Dahl set a new pool record as the Packers finished eighth in the Big Nine swimming and diving meet in Rochester Century Saturday.

Dahl took first in the 100-yard backstroke with a record time of 51.33 seconds, and he placed fourth in the 100-yard butterfly.
