NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that Bids will be received by the City of Austin until 2:00 PM (CDT), FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2025, for the furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor for the Ash Tree and Stump Removal Project. Bids may be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Ash Tree and Stump Removal Bid” and mailed or delivered to the following address:

The bid opening will be conducted in person, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud:

**Contractors are not required to be present for bid opening.

All work shall be completed by December 31, 2025 pending any unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment failure, etc). Any requested extension must be coordinated and approved by the Director of Parks, Recreation & Forestry.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept or reject any alternatives, waive any informalities, or to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Bids may be held by the Austin City Council for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to award of the bid.
