We are anxiously awaiting to hear about some of the highlights from those who have recently returned from our fall trip to Greece.
This past week our group visited Athens, Mykonos and Santorini, an island hopping adventure where we saw the ancient ruins of Athens and the beautiful Greek Islands. We know there will be much to share about their once in a lifetime adventure. We will share highlights in a future column.
Nov. 13 and Dec. 4: Two dates for the holiday classic “White Christmas,” A Broadway musical production based on the 1954 musical by Irving Berlin. This show promises to have beautiful singing and dancing. We are filled but we do have a waiting list. These matinee shows will depart from Walmart at 9 a.m. and return about 6 p.m. to Walmart.
Oct. 29: Our Travel Show highlighting two extended trips, 2-4 p.m. Come meet with Jan and our tour representative, who will have videos and schedules of two future trips planned. Reservations are not needed to attend. This will be at the Mower County Senior Center.
Dec. 29-Jan 2025: Tournament of Roses Parade in California, featuring the beautiful pageantry and tradition of the magnificent floral floats and marching bands. Other highlights of the area include the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library & Museum, Pasadena and Hollywood.
May 23-30, 2025: It’s America’s music cities tour. This will include Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans, including a Grand Ole Opry show.
