The Cedars of Austin recently recognized the 110th anniversary of the Titanic. The Cedars had been dreaming of this event for a year. Jason Hudock has put together Titanic theme dinners before and knew what he was creating. The meal included chicken Lyonnaise, parmentier potatoes, pea timbales, steamed plum pudding and ice cream.
