—Eddie Alejo, 19, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions. The sentence is concurrent to another case.

—Richard Ranier Illingworth, 47, of Rochester was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI – alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,015 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.

—Stephanie Marie Navarro Renteria, 32, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI – alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. She must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for nine days served. The sentence is consecutive to another case. She received a concurrent sentence of two years of probation for gross misdemeanor child endangerment. She must follow several conditions., Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. She received credit for 69 days served.

—Daniel Duane Slowinski, 30, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI – operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He must perform 85 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow th conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
