Minnesota’s positive COVID-19 cases soared again Friday, stretching to 5,730 cases on the heels of increased testing.
The number of those who passed away from the coronavirus reached 371 with 28 new cases reported, matching the highest number of single-day deaths just five days earlier.
The report comes just one day after Gov. Tim Walz extended the stay at home order, revealing greater flexibility for retail stores.
Mower’s cases continue to hover at 28 cases, which has been the case for over a week now.
