The Grand Meadow boys basketball team made a stop on the last possession of the game to beat No. 4 Schaeffer Academy (22-6 overall) 40-38 in a Section 1A quarterfinal in Mayo Civic Center Wednesday.

The No. 5 Superlarks (21-7 overall) will take on No. 1 Blooming Prairie at 11 a.m. Saturday in Civic Center.
