Casey Patrick Anderson, 44, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI – .08 or more. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,515 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for one day served.

Dwight David Blanchard, 41, of Hayfield was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety. He must follow a few conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for one day served.

Duane Erle Calhoun, 33, of Owatonna was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety. He must follow a few conditions and pay $985 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 31 days served.

Amanda Jo Hanson, 37, of Shakopee was sentenced to 18 months in prison for felony check forgery. She must pay $85 in fines. The sentence is concurrent to another case.

Jonathon Lee Kreamer, 38, of Manly, Iowa, was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor carry pistol without permit – first offense. He must follow a few conditions.

Stephanie Morgan Mix, 29, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor theft. She must follow a few conditions and pay $585 in fines.

Jade Allen Oakland, 25, of Mankato was sentenced to 365 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI – operate motor vehicle – body contains any amount schedule I/II drugs – not marijuana. He must pay $115 in fines. He received credit for 19 days served. The sentence is concurrent to another case.

Nathan Paul Reimers, 29, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony second-degree burglary – unoccupied dwelling. He must follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. Michael Antwione Thompson, 41, of Waterloo, Iowa, was sentenced to five years of probation for felony third-degree assault – substantial bodily harm. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison.

Jeremiah Okang Nyikew, 25, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison. He received credit for 365 days served. The sentence is concurrent to another case.
