The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team lost to Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (19-4 overall, 11-2 Gopher) 51-38 in BP Tuesday.

With the loss, BP falls into third place in the Gopher Conference, trailing WEM and Medford by one game each.

The Blossoms will host Grand Meadow Thursday and they will close out the regular season when they play at Medford Friday.
