MINNEAPOLIS — A 20-year-old man who killed a man and an infant in Minneapolis in 2016 has been sentenced to 60 years in prison.
Jquan McInnis, who was 17 at the time of the homicides, was convicted on two counts of first-degree murder and received his sentence Thursday.
He was charged as an adult.
KARE-TV reported that Hennepin County District Court Judge Jeannice Reding called McInnis’ actions “brazen and heartless.”
