Logan Carlyle Cox, 23, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony escape from custody. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 12 months and one day in prison. The sentence is consecutive to another case. He received a concurrent sentence of three years of probation for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 12 months and one day in prison.

Shawna Daneen-Davina Edwards, 32, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions.

Coniah Emmerson Horton, 35, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony domestic assault. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 30 months in prison.

Rosario Samora Irlas, 64, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions and pay $50 in fines.

Tyler Lance Jensen, 33, of Wykoff was sentenced to five years of probation for felony third-degree burglary. He must follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines.

Jacob Robert Kaput, 33, of Rochester was sentenced to 60 days in jail, to be served as work release, for felony first-degree DWI – under the influence of alcohol. He must serve a sentence of 360 days in jail, staggered in increments of 60 days over a six-year period, unless a motion is filed, spend 240 days on electronic home monitoring, staggered over the course of seven years, perform 100 hours of community service, serve seven years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $4,670 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 72 months in prison. He received credit for four days served.

Tyler James McAnally, 33, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony predatory offender fail to register. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 24 months in prison.

Kyler Michael Inez Morehouse, 28, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions.

Jeffrey Charles Podolske, 53, of Rochester was sentenced to five years of probation for felony stalking – subsequent violation. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,085 in fines. He received credit for 171 days served.

Michael James Polk, 47, of Austin was sentenced to 34 months in prison for felony third-degree drugs – sale – narcotic. He must pay $85 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of 17 months in prison for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must pay $85 in fines.

Jayden Leonard Sheldon, 28, of Austin was sentenced to three years of probation of felony violent felon in possession of firearm ammunition. He must follow several conditions.

Delecta Edward Watkins Jr., 28, of Minneapolis was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,000 in fines. He received credit for two days served.
