The Austin Eagles 14U baseball team finished tied for fifth out of 32 teams at the Gopher State Tournament this past weekend.

Austin lost 8-5 to Litchfield after leading 5-0 after four innings in bracket play. Kody Blom had three hits and three RBIs and Jared Lillemon had three hits.

Austin went 2-0-1 overall in pool play.

Austin beat East Ridge 7-6 after Cam Gilles hit a walk-off double in the bottom of the seventh.

The Eagles beat Cloguet 4-1 in a four-inning game and they tied with Eden Prairie 5-5 in a four-inning game.

Austin is 15-6-2 overall on the season and it will play in the MSF State Tournament in Ham Lake this weekend.
