Hayfield stays hot with two big wins

The Hayfield baseball team picked up a pair of wins as it beat Lyle-Pacelli 7-2 and topped United South Central 4-2 in Marcusen Park Saturday.

The Vikings (15-2 overall) have now racked up nine wins in a row.

“It was a very good sweep for us,” Hayfield head coach Kasey Krekling said. “Those were two good teams to beat.”

Easton Fritcher struck out 10 in the win over LP (10-6 overall) and Luke Dudycha picked up the win against USC (9-5 overall).
