Austin grad Conrad Ray coached the Stanford men’s golf team to the school’s ninth national championship recently.

The Cardinal were ranked No. 12 and they closed out the title when they beat Texas in the final Tuesday night.

It is the third national title for Stanford under Ray and it is the program’s first championship since 2007.
