Arycka Ranae Clark, 21, of Albert Lea was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor false name to a peace officer. She must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.

Mallissia Kaye Carlson, 46, of Grand Meadow was sentenced to five years of probation for felony terroristic threats. She must follow several conditions and pay $100 in fines.

Scott Ross Hunn, 36, of Austin was sentenced to 30 days in jail for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI-any amount of schedule I/II drugs. He must serve two years of probation, spend 60 days on home monitoring, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in an additional 335 days in jail. He received credit for five days served.

Aleasha Nicole Kreinbring, 29, of Racine received a staggered sentence of 210 days in jail, which is to be served as work release and can be deferred, for felony first-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. She must serve seven years of probation, spend 210 days on home monitoring, staggered over seven years, follow several conditions and pay $1,110 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 42 months in prison. She received credit for 11 days served.
