The Hayfield boys basketball team beat Blooming Prairie (13-4 overall, 6-3 Gopher) 67-62 in Hayfield Tuesday.

Mason Tapp poured in 22 points for the Vikings (16-4 overall, 10-1 Gopher).

“We made some big plays down the stretch and Mason hit some big threes,” Hayfield head coach Chris Pack said.

Gabe Hagen paced BP with 23 points.
