The No. 7 seeded Austin boys hockey team had its season come to an end as it lost to No. 2 Minnesota River (18-4 overall) 6-2 in a Section 1A quarterfinal  in LeSeuer Thursday.

Tyler Hoban and Dawson Mills each scored in the loss for Austin (8-18-1 overall).

The Bulldogs scored the first four goals of the game.
