David Leon Bluhm, 54, of Rochester was sentenced to five years of probation for felony domestic assault by strangulation. He must follow several conditions and pay $774.40 in fines. He received credit for five days served.
Eugene Charles Corcoran, 88, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must perform 49 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
Bradley Steven George, 43, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 30 days worth of community service, follow several conditions and pay $150 in fines.
Jerry Arthur Hoy, 47, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 17 months in prison. He received a concurrent sentence of three years of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions and pay $50 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.
Brendan Charles Johnson, 35, of Brownsdale was sentenced to five years of probation for felony check forgery-offer with intent to defraud. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,455 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 13 months in prison. He received credit for 136 days served.
Jessica Desiree Post, 20, of Austin was sentenced to seven years of probation for felony second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon. She must follow several conditions and pay $100 in fines.
Dennis Craig Smith, 62, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for felony check forgery. He must pay $574 in fines. The sentence is concurrent with another case.
