—Kristin Shireen Bussman, 44, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions.

—Renee Ann Earl, 50, of Austin was sentenced to 30 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. She must spend 60 days in home monitoring, serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. She received credit for three days served.

—Bruce Allen Erath, 31, of Blooming Prairie was sentenced to a staggered jail sentence of 180 days for felony first-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must spend 210 days on home monitoring, to be staggered over seven years, serve seven years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $485 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 42 months in prison. He received credit for three days served.

—Philip Lee Gardner, 36, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor interrupt, interfere, impede, disrupt emergency telephone call. He must follow several conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.

—Eric Woodrow Hayes, 38, of Fargo, North Dakota, was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor domestic assault-subsequent violation. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 60 days served.

—Andrew Jordan Hillman, 23, of Austin was sentenced to three years of probation for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines.

—Anthony Michael Robert Johnson, 24, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony domestic assault. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 21 months in prison. He received credit for 242 days served.

—Jeramiah David Kresbach, 30, of Austin was sentenced to 41 months in prison for felony first-degree DWI-body contains any amount of schedule I/II drugs. He must pay $85 in fines. The sentence is concurrent to another case.

—Christopher Alan Rickerl, 24, of Austin was sentenced to 180 days in jail for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 64 days served. The sentence is concurrent to another case.

—Aaron Michael Tapp, 34, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 24 days served.

—Christopher Dale Twite, 35, of Lanesboro was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions. He received credit for two days served.

—Michael Joe Vandeweerd, 39, of Austin was sentenced to 51 months in prison for felony first-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must pay $85 in fines.
