Jason Eugene Daniels, 35, of Brownsdale was charged with felony third-degree drugs-sale of a narcotic on Monday in Mower County District Court.

According to the court complaint, on March 6, 2018, narcotics detectives met with a confidential reliable informant (CRI) who said he could purchase cocaine from Daniels. The CRI was searched and provided with buy money and an audio transmitter. Police then monitored him as he went to a residence in the 900 block of 11th Avenue Southwest.

The CRI entered the residence and purchased 2.816 grams of cocaine from Daniels. The CRI then met with police at a predetermined location and surrendered the drugs. The CRI confirmed Daniels sold him the drugs and said that Noah Dean Skattebo, who recently pleaded guilty to felony drug sales, and two minor children were in the residence.
