Paul Leo Perkins, 76, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2019.

Paul was born Jan. 16, 1942, in Jordan Township, Fillmore County, Minnesota, to Bernard and Helen Perkins. He was the eighth of 11 children.

A husband, a brother, and a friend, Paul lived a full life his way. Paul was truly one of a kind. He succumbed in death after a courageous battle with rheumatoid arthritis, which he fought for over 45 years.

He will be sorely missed and often remembered by those who knew and love him.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Judy Riles Perkins; his parents; and five of his siblings.

Paul requested no formal memorial service be held. A private burial will occur in the spring. Condolences may be left online at www.mayerfh.com.
