Fans of theater from around the state will gather in Austin for a statewide theater festival sponsored by the Minnesota Association of Community Theatres (MACT). 

MACT*Fest 2019 will take place March 15-17 at Riverland Community College, hosted by Austin’s Summerset Theatre and the Riverland College Foundation.

A wide variety of one-act plays will be performed by theater troupes from across Minnesota, and workshops will be held on topics relevant to actors, directors, technical crews and all fans of community theater. Audiences may attend part of the festival or may purchase discounted ticket packages to see all shows.

MACT*Fest 2019 is the 24th biennial festival sponsored by MACT, which is part of a state, regional, national and international association that celebrates the excellence of community theater.
