Phyllis Marie Sammon, 84, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away Monday, Dec. 10, 2018, at Mayo Clinic Health System-Austin.

Service: Mass of Christian burial will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16, 2018, at St. Edwards Catholic Church with Father James Steffes and Deacon John Kluczny officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018, at the Worlein Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service on Sunday at the church.

Interment: Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery in Austin.
