Bruins goaltender Brett Miller has been loaned to the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders of the USHL.
The loan comes at a time where the RoughRiders found themselves down a goaltender with Blake Pietila, cousin of Bruins defenseman Jed Pietila, competing in the World Junior A tournament.
Miller has appeared in 11 games for the Bruins this season compiling a 7-2-0-2 record complete with the league’s third-best goals-against-average (1.78) and a .922 save percentage.
The 6-foot-2,184-pound Miller hails from Northville, MI and recently announced his commitment to RPI to play Division-I hockey starting in 2020-21.
