According to the court complaint, police met with a confidential reliable informant (CRI) on March 9 about purchasing cocaine from Noah. The CRI was searched and he was given a recording device and buy money.  Police then monitored him as he entered Skattebo’s residence in the 900 block of 11th Avenue Southwest and purchased cocaine from Noah.

The CRI then met with police in a designated area and surrendered 6.27 grams of cocaine. The CRI also said Noah bragged that he had “the best coke in town.”

The CRI met with police again on March 12 and arranged another cocaine purchase from Noah, the complaint states. The CRI was again searched and given buy money and a recording device. The CRI was monitored again as he went to the residence and spoke with Danyel. The CRI met with police again and surrendered 13.7 grams of cocaine, saying Danyel sold him the drugs because Noah was asleep.

The CRI arranged purchases for March 14 and 15, the complaint states. The same process was repeated and the CRI surrendered an additional 6.74 grams of cocaine and 13.46 grams of cocaine respectively.

A review of Noah Skattebo’s criminal record shows prior convictions for criminal sexual conduct, issuing dishonored checks and assault. A review of Danyel Skattebo’s criminal record shows a prior conviction for theft.

Both will appear in court again on Dec. 17.
