Ted Robert Stewart, 53, of Lansing was sentenced to 365 days in jail, to be served as a work release, for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must pay $1,010 in fines.

Cristian Andres Wilborn, 19, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not a small amount of marijuana.
