Authorities are seeking information regarding a large amount of Pepsi products stolen over the weekend.

The Mower County Sheriff’s Office investigated reports regarding the theft from a Pepsi truck that was parked on the 700 block of 11th Street Northeast, a commercial-industrial area.

According to Mower County Senior Sgt. Investigator Steve Sandvik, entry was made into the truck, and two compartments carrying products were damaged. It was unknown on Monday morning how much the damages cost.

Sandvik said the truck driver discovered the theft when he went to work. The exact amount of stolen Pepsi won’t be known until a full inventory is completed.
