Journeyman Line Worker

Freeborn Mower Cooperative Services (FMCS) is accepting applications for a full-time Journeyman Line Worker. The successful candidates must have completed an accredited line worker curriculum from a vocational institution, achieved Journeyman status through an approved apprenticeship program, possess a valid Minnesota Class A CDL, and medical card. Job duties will include constructing, operating, and maintaining the distribution system. The ideal candidates will have computer skills and at least two years of field experience with Rural Utility Service construction practices.
FMCS offers a competitive salary and a challenging work environment working with new technologies. This position requires heavy lifting and outdoor work in all kinds of weather.
Upon offer of employment, FMCS will require that the accepted applicants pass a physical examination and drug screening.
