Sandra J. Scheib-Ostwinkle, 72, of Decorah, Iowa, passed away Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018, at Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah.   

Service: Memorial services were at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Decorah with Pastor Amy Larson officiating.

Visitation: Visitation was held one hour before the service on Saturday at the church.
