Kent E. Lenz, 52, of rural Reading, Minnesota, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, at the Sanford Worthington Medical Center.

Service: The funeral will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018, at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Worthington, Minnesota, with Pastor Galen Smith officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church.

Interment: The burial will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2018, at the St. Ansgar Community Cemetery in St. Ansgar, Iowa.

Funeral Home: The Dingmann Funeral Home in Worthington is in charge of arrangements.
