Jack H. Horstmann, 83, of Austin, Minnesota, died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018, at Good Samaritan Society of Albert Lea, Minnesota.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, at Mayer Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Tamke officiating.

Visitation: Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018, and one hour before the service on Friday at Mayer Funeral Home.

Interment: Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
