WEM sweeps BP volleyball team

The Blooming Prairie volleyball team lost to Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (18-1 overall) by scores of 25-18, 25-13, 25-12 on the road Tuesday.
Micalyn Trihus had nine kills for BP (7-12 overall). The two teams got together for a group photo after the match in support of each other.
“Tonight was a well fought match against a great WEM team,” BP head coach Ranell Kittelson said. “More importantly, we were two small communities coming together tonight showing great compassion and camaraderie for one another and for our communities during difficult times. That’s what it’s all about.”
