The Austin girls soccer team lost to Albert Lea (2-1-1 overall, 2-0-1 Big Nine) on the road Monday.

The Packers (0-3 overall), 0-3 Big Nine) held the Tigers scoreless for the final 39 minutes of the game after trailing 2-0 at the half.

“We showed a lot of promise tonight,” Austin head coach Jake Levisen said. “The passing combination plays were present in some areas, and now the focus is getting consistent in all areas.”
