Relationships key to healthy aging, AMP class to help

Published 9:55 am Saturday, September 22, 2018

Tuesday, at 2 p.m., is our next aging mastery program (AMP).

This class is on Healthy Relationships. Bonnie Reitz is the speaker for this class and always does an amazing job.

Good relationships are crucial to healthy aging. In the same way we exercise, try to eat healthy, and brush our teeth, we have to work hard to maintain and create friendships. This is especially true as we age and lose friendships through retirement, moving, and sickness.

Equally important is having healthy relationships where you feel able to express your feelings and be clear about what you want and need from the relationship. No matter what age you are, you are never too old to learn. If you would like to attend this class please call Teresa at 1-507-481-3332. Everyone is welcome. Hope to see you there.
