Todd Allen Lewis, 64, formerly of Austin, Minnesota, passed away Monday, Sept. 17, 2018, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Marys Campus-Rochester.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018, at Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church in rural Austin.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2018, at Worlein Funeral Home in Austin and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church.

Interment: Interment with military honors by American Legion Post 91 and VFW Post 1216 will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, at Udolpho Cemetery in rural Austin.
